yesterday morning I got a itching sensation on my underside of my penis . So begin to clean my underside of my penis with dettol soap, that time I saw a little red and feel burning. And in the night burning sensation contitues. The little red is developed and I apply raw dettol with out mix water. While pushed back the foreskin is feel burning. After applying the raw dettol the burning sensation increased. Today morning red patch is turned little white and there is a liquidation from that affected area also the the corners. Now I feel the itching continues the burning reduced but found some little hole like symptoms in the corners the there is a liquid come from the affected area under side of the penis. Even now I got burning sensation while bushed back the foreskin. Please give the remedy
