Itching Throughout Body And Dark Yellow Urine. Urine Analysis Shows Pus Cells At 15-18 HPF. What Is The Problem?

I am a 55 year old male. 2 to 3 days ago I started itching all over my body from head to foot. Then my urine started to turn dark yellow. I decidef to have my urinalysis. I just got the results of pus cell at 15-18 HPF. What's wrong with me? Thanks Doc!

Hi,

After reading your query it appears the you hae got kidney infection which is causing the whole series of problem.

As your Urine analysis shows pus cells at 15-18 HPF which is quite high so it would be best to meet a surgeon or physician who can analyze the complete situation.

Due to kidney infection there can be raised serum urea and creatinine and the kidney functions are altered. SO this can lead to uremic pruritus.

Consult a doctor at the earliest. You can take antihistamine such as cetrizine for 2-3 times per day.
