Hi,

I feel that you might developed acute urticaria.

You are having wheals with itching..right?

And that remain for few hours then fade , and then relapse again.

There may be some cause.

Internal causes..infection anywhere in body, some internal disease, endocrinal or connective tissue diseases..all should be ruled out by thorough history and investigations.

For that you consult expert dermatologist.

External causes..housedust,housedust mite,pollens,soap,insects,grass.drugs ..etc
may be thought and if they are, remove or avoid them.

Oral antihistaminics like desloratidine or fexofenadine may be taken.

Apply calamine lotion.

If needed, take steroids in tappering dose.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
