Itchy Bumps On Chest, Torso, Behind Neck, Rash On Scratching. Due To Eczema?

hello. I m a 20 year old male, I get occasional tiny itchy bumps on my chest and torso, and a few at the top of the back of my neck , just around my hairline, i also get a itchy feeling that i cant pinpoint, and when i scratch it it just turns into a small localized, red rash with no noticable bumps? i was thinking it could be eczema but i dont remember any rashes as a child. i have been working in a cafe for almost 2 years, so i work with alot of hot water and steam. any ideas?

Hi Sebjrob,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You are having chronic simple urticaria which is an allergic condition leading to bumps whenever you contact the allergen.
Try to find out some thing new to which you have come into contact and after which the problem started.
It can be an unsuspected article like a deodorant spray, scented oil, fairness cream, shaving lotion, new additive for cooking.
You should take tablet Levocetirizine 5mg at bed time for a month.
Wish you a great health!
