Itchy Eyes, Dried Skin On Inside Corners, Reoccurring. Had Treatment For Staph, Dry Eyes, Gpc. Recommendations?

Since last summer, I have recurring bouts of itchy eyes with a crust of dried skin forming on the inside corners. Have been treated for staph, dry eyes, and gpc. In addition to prescription meds for these conditions, I Have washed lids with baby shampoo, rinsed with sterile solution, avoided contacts for months but it keeps coming back. I'm a 63 year old female. Any suggestions?
