Itchy Penile Foreskin With Raised Bumps. STD?

Hi there, I recently have had a minor itchy foreskin, I believed it was due to being dry (After masturbation I usually put a piece of toilet paper in my underwear to catch an extra leakage) but today when I checked the inner foreskin of my penis I found a couple of raised bumps on my foreskin, they are a little itchy and a bit sensitive. They are smaller than a tic tac and there are only a few to one side of my penis. I have had unprotected sex with a partner over 2 years ago whom may have had an STI or STD due to her habbits, but my parter at the moment has no such problems, nor is she experiencing anything in the same timeline I am.

Wonder what may be the case of this? I have no other symptoms, my initial thoughts may be a rash or reaction to the toilet paper. I dont use lubricant for masturbation but do use it for intercourse as we seemed to be having some pains due to it being a little dry.
