Hi,

You are having papular urticaria, also called lichen urticatus.

It is caused by bed bug and other insects.

you friend is not sensitive, so he is free from the lesions.

you are affected as you are sensitive...ok

Take antihistaminics till itching is relieved.

Take short course of steroids in tappering dose.

If it is infected, take short course of antibiotics.

Apply steroid with antibiotics cream o affected areas.

Avoid soap bath, use dettol liquid in water.

Avoid stress.

Use insecticide to keep the bed free from bed bugs.

I hope you will be benefitted.

Still, you may consult dermatologist.

thanks.
