Itchy Right Nipple, Bitten, Tender, White Discharge, Pain Management

37 year old male my right nipple was itching and hurt as is it was bit by something. Later it was extremely!! tender and hard the nipple would have a white substance come out on it own or when I would squeeze it to get what ever it is out. Any idea what this can be? What at home can i take or do to help this and what can i take for pain .

hi there,the problem u r facing has to be examined by a doctor, Nipple discharge in a male is not normal. One of the biggest causes of discharge is a pituitary prolactinoma. Other possibilities are infection of the mammary ducts/glands, breast carcinoma, stress, high estrogen, pituitary stalk apoplexy . as per ur words it is itchy and painful these r signs of infection many times hence do not worry kindly get examined by a doctor and until then can take tab acceclo-p twice daily for pain ( if copd, apd contraindicated).
