Itchy Skin, Red Skin Like Prickly Heat, On And Off Welts With Tingling Skin. Have Mild Eczema, Mild Hay Fever. Help

Hi, I am Michelle, for the past couple of years I have been suffering really itchy skin (itchy scalp) my skin goes really red like prickly heat, sometimes it comes up with welts even when i don't scratch. its usually worse when it starts to get cold (heating get switched on) or when i'm stressed. sometimes it tingles it will usually calmed down if I take anti histamines pill.I have suffered with mild eczema from childhood. I also get mild hay fever. I hope you can help?
