It's Been 9 Days Since My Wisdom Teeth Extraction. I've

It's been 9 days since my wisdom teeth extraction. I've gotten all 4 out at the same time but the two bottom ones had to be surgically removed due to it growing horizontally. With that said I have holes and a week after I had a follow up appointment with my oral surgeon and he provided me a syringe that helps me clean out the holes so that food won't stay in there. Well today is the 9th day and I just ate. I went to go brush my teeth after then rinse my holes as advised but this time it was different. As I was rinsing, a few food particles did come out but I noticed a white looking thing that kept coming out but wouldn't come out completely. It looked like rice so I kept rinsing it and I came to realize it wouldn't budge. This happened to both holes. Is this what you call some sort of tissue? Should I be concerned?
