I've Been Having Pain In The Roof Of My Mouth

I've been having pain in the roof of my mouth and headaches. I've taken antibiotics twice in the last 4 months for sinus infections. In the last 8 months my two front teeth basically died and had to have root canals done. My ears feel off - like I'm on a plane or something. I have left neck and shoulder pain that I've been going to physical therapy for about a month now. I cannot take anti-inflammatory meds due to stomach issues and I'm a type 1 diabetic so steroids are usually avoided. Saw my ent today for results of my ct scan and she said it was fine. She used the camera again and looked in my nose and said it looked fine and recommended I have a 2nd opinion from a dentist they recommend as my dentist says the pain is not from my teeth and suggests an ent. What do you think is going on?
