I’ve Had Numbness In My Right Lower Leg For 2

I’ve had numbness in my right lower leg for 2 months - neurologist says compression of either perineal nerve or at L5 in my back (testing scheduled) but now I have some swelling along the medial aspect of my proximal tibia, along with tenderness - a mild ache when I walk but the bone itself is tender to palpating.
