I've Had Sinus Surgery For What I Thought Was Chronic

I've had sinus surgery for what I thought was chronic sinusitis and swollen sinus passages. 18 mos later I'm still quite 'flemmy', have quite a bit of difficulty in speaking clearly. People who do not know think I'm a drinker, as my speech is a bit slurred...constantly. It's better in the morning but gets worse as the day goes on. I've been to ENTs, acupuncturists, allergists, had multiple MRIs and CAT scans, gone gluten-free, then dairy-free, cut out alcohol....endless blood tests....nothing! Stroke has been ruled out. I'm basically the sickest healthy guy you know...any thoughts?
