ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome in H.C.M. for consulting your query.
I have gone through your query regarding your tooth extraction leading to jaw pain, ear pain, throat pain and swollen neck glands.
I would like to tell you that your tooth extraction procedure mainly for lower jaw may cause trauma to T.M.Joint which is self limiting and recovers in a weeks time, Post extraction tooth socket inflammation and T.M.Joint combindly give rise to referred pain in ear. these pathological changes in operative area may give rise to sore throat. All these infective pathological factors are responsible for enlargement of neck lymph nodes which is evident as swelling in neck.
These all are interlinked and can be managed by antibiotics, anti inflammatory and antiseptic mouth wash.
I think your query is now explained well.

With Regards.
