Jaw Pain, Popping Sensation, TMJ. Explain Situation

I LIVE IN St. George, Utah and over the last four or five month my right jaw started catching snd having painful popping. Now it"s in both jaws. I have been on Utah Medicaide Disability and as of 9/1/13 my medicare has kicked in. Las Vegas is 136 miles from my town but it's small and not one dr. is set up for medicaide or medicaide for tmj. or TMD. what type of Dr. do I need to see and any suggestions for Las Vegas, Nevada. PLEASE help me, Jan Thomas Too good to be true, just another money maker not here to really help real people feel sorry for you not me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE CLICKING SOUND IN TMJ OCCURS DUE TO ARTICULAR DISC DERANGEMENTS. THIS ARTICULAR DISC IS HELPFUL IN THE MOVEMENTS OF TMJ......... YOU SHOULD SEEK AN ORAL SURGEON FOR ITS DIAGNOSIS...AND FURTHER TREATMENT..DIAGNOSIS CAN BE DONE THROUGH X RAYS AND\ OR MRI....
TREATMENT YOU WILL BE PROVIDED SHOULD INCLUDE MEDICINES AND PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENT AS WELL....
