Kicked By Horse, Injured, Large Lump, Weakness In Legs. Rubbed Arnica. Can I Apply Ice?
i was kicked this morning by a horse with shoes on. I have a large bruise appearing but underneath this i have a large lump which is much darker a very tender about the size of a tennis ball. When I walk or hobble my leg gives way and goes all weak. I have rub arnica on it and taken some nurofen as that is all i had. Should i put ice on it?

The lump is likely to be hematoma.You can apply ice, but this needs clinical evaluation and sonography.
Take oral analgesic for pain and to reduce swelling.
