Kid Having Fever, Heavy Foamy Drool. Took Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen. Is This The Cause For Concern?

My 5 yr old son had a fever of 101 around 3 pm. I immediately gave him ibuprofen and acetaminophen. He fell asleep about 20 minutes later. A few minutes later I went to check on him and he was snoring showing a heavy foamy drool. I've been wiping it and it comes back. His fever has gone down to 98. Could this be something serious?
