I am 58+,Parttime Accounts is my profession.Every day I have to visit several places either by walking for nearest places,mostly by bus.From 10.30a.m. onwards I am coming out from my home and worked upto 9/9.30p.m.Day by day I am feeling very much peculiar pain from the bottom portion of the knee for both the leg as well as feeling pain in the middle portion of the skull .Feeling very much tired from 5 p.m. onwards. Earlier I had a neurological problem.For severe lumber pain and neck pain I had used belt and collar respectively,but now I am not using belt /collar as there is no severe pain. Everyday I use to go toilet thrice from 8.30 am to 12 p.m. I use to change the habits,what is the way I can change this habit. I use to work perfectly upto the age 65 but my physique is not permiting,please give me suggesion by which I can perfectly work without such bodily difficulties.
