Knee Pain, Body Twitching, Headache, Ear Ache. Help
i had ear ache while i was flying back to india n my nerve below thumb started twitching....i ignored it as i had twitching since several years which would go in few mins....then i had unberable pain wch led to thorat ear inflamation my left knee joint had sharp pain.. then the pain started moving every nerve in the body n twitches got longer duration....went to neurologist he showed him all my reports n emg everything is normal....he isnt available for sometime my headache n earache has become non tolerable wch comes inn n goes off .....its not anxiety....its not fibro they said nor ms not motor neuron .....pls help me as my neck feels stiff n this will b for 2 days.....why r there so many problems all for few minutes to 30 mins if its spine n neck pain 30 mins heache very bad connect with ear ache nerves all over pain 2 mins pls help i feel like giving up at times....breaks my pain limits any suggestions will be helpful

possibility of complain related sinusitis.Inflammation of sinus leads to headache.
Routine blood investigation like complete blood count, ESR, CRP, MRI brain will be useful.
Blood investigations are useful tool for screening but there are nonspecific tools available.
Management will depend on clinical examination and investigation reports .
Some medication like analgesic [paracetemol] and vertin will reduce pain
