Hello
Welcome to HCM forum

These are called varicose veins.

They are caused by prolonged standing or heavy weight lifting.

There is nothing to worry about

Elevate your legs while lying down

You can apply elastic bandage or crepe bandage under doctor's guidance

Take analgesic like paracetamol

Best wishes
Take care
