Hi,

Total meniscectomy of your right knee 5 years back may have resulted in tibiofemoral osteoarthritis. It means lower end of femur and upper end of tibia may have erosion of bone resulting in lock knee and pain.

Analgesics can be taken to reduce pain and x-ray will be needed to find out the actual cause. Consult your local orthopedic doctor for clinical examination and treatment.
