Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your symptoms are suggestive of osteoarthritic changes in your knee joints. You can relieve the symptoms by taking mild pain killers, doing a hot fomentation, applying a local analgesic gel and taking joint lubricant supplements like Dycerin and Glucosamine.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
