Large Mass Under Tongue, Lumps Over Chest, Back And Face, Blotchy Red Places On Back. Treatment?

grandmother has a large mass under her tongue and you can feel it in her jaw down her neck. This place just popped up about a week ago and has grown to about the size of a tomato and she also has lumps all over her arm chest, back, and face. She has lost the use of her hands in the past week. She also now has blotchy red places on her lower back.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
Large mass under tongue can be-
Ulceration.
Tumorous growth.
Cyst.
Abscess.
I would advice you to get a thorough clinical as well as radiological evaluation including biopsy of the lump to diagnose the problem.
Treatment can be planned based on the diagnosis.
Pus or fluid within the lump has to be drained.
Take complete course of medicines prescribed.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Take care.
