Large White Mass Stuck To Nasal Septum, Preventing Proper Breathing. How To Remove?

I have a hard white large white mass stuck to part of my septum. It does smell like infection. I tried to remove with tweezers but was scared to keep pulling as it started to hurt and make me queasy. It is only attached in 1 place near lower inside wall, but continues to travel up my nostril preventing me from properly breathing. Any idea what this is and how to self remove?

Hi, it could be a polyp, or trabicula, with pus, means infected,. You should never try to remove by self, as it may lead to bleeding, and infection.
So i advise you to consult an ENT surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. It may need to be removed surgecally if it is polyp. Thank you.
