Last Night My Blood Pressure Went Very High, At One

Last night my blood pressure went very high, at one point 240/138. I went to ER. It was qrq/78 when I left hospital. Today it is 105/59. After taking hydrochlorothiazide, 1/2 of 25 mg. Should I be concerned about it going low like this? Hospital tests ekg, blood, chest X-ray, were ok.
