Late Period, Usually Regular. Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Could Be This?

Iam a house wife, aged 28,mother of a kid, gets regular periods till last month. I never had a complaint of irregular mensuration. But for the first time my cycle had gone away by six days and still running. We have checked with pregnancy card which shown negative before three days.
I was very much worried. Would you please figure out anything for me.

I have gone through your available history.

there are a lot many reasons of delayed menses ranging from stress or pregnancy to local infection.
For Urine pregnancy test to be positive, there should be 5 days of delay in regular menstrual cycle. So you should check it out again. if you still has doubt, You may go for blood Beta HCG level to confirm /rule out pregnancy. You may consult your gynecologist for the same.
