Late Periods, Swollen Nipples, Constipation, Stomach Cramps And Feeling Sick. Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Should I Do?

i am 2 days late for my period. My nipples are swollen and very sensitive they have been for about a week. I have been constipated, tired, feeling sick after eating and have cramping feeling in my stomach. I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests that have been negative. Could I be pregnant? What should I do?

Hello madam, from the history you have given,it could be pre menustral symptoms or pregnancy....sometimes during very early weeks of gestation, the urine test will show faintly positive line or will not turn out to be positive, this is because of low levels of beta HCG in early wyyeeks of pregnancy. ....i would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist if the symptoms worsen...you may require an examination. ...hope i was helpful to you. ....
