Left Arm Bruised And Hurting. Driving With The Windows Down Cause No AC. Why Hurting And How To Remove The Tan?

My car doesn't have AC so for the past few days I've had to drive with my windows down to avoid drowning in sweat but I've noticed that my left arm (the one ALWAYS in the sun) has gotten way darker than any other part of me and now at this point it hurts..not like a sunburn but like a bruise. So I guess my question is why is it hurting like this? And is there anyway I can lighten my arm so it matches the rest of me?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

For the bruise you can use, Thrombophobe cream.

Once bruise is over you can use skin lightening creams.

Use a sunscreen daily, this will prevent further tanning

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
