Left Arm Pain And Jaw Pain. Taking Aspirin. Suggestions?

I have been having left arm pain and jaw pain for several days. It comes on at rest' during the night or morning. Took aspirin at 12.10 noon. Still having them with pain below my jaw. Had similar symptoms last year was investigated with an ECG, exercise test and echo which were all normal - was put on heart medication until I had myoview scan which was also normal so taken off all medications. Was well for a couple of months. Symptoms have now all returned.

Your symptoms does mimics symptoms of heart disease.Pain in left arm,pain in left jaw & others,these should not be ignored.I shall advice you to consult to your doctor & should have repeat investigations for this.
