Left Shoulder And Neck Pain, Problem In Swallowing. Remedy?

I have had problems with left shoulder and a scan revealed inflammation inside the shoulder joint. I have pain in the muscle on top of left arm between the elbow and shoulder joint--- I have had pain for the last few weeks in my neck on moving left side- when reversing car etc, I have developed a swelling in my left shoulder very near to the neck, I am now experiencing problems swallowing when laying down and when head moved to left my air way seems heavier

Hello Sir,
You are having pain and swelling left arm, shoulder and back of neck, it might be due to muscle sprain you are having , this can be relieved by applying muscle relaxing cream like diclofenic cream gently and taking analgesic +muscle relaxant( Diclofenic sod.+Chorzoxazone ) orally 2-3 times daily.
There is a pain in your left arm, so you must go for your cardiac check up also, do not ignore your left arm pain to rule out any possible cardiac ailment if you are above 40 yrs of age.
