Left Side Of The Neck Feels Stiff, Looks Like Cord Block. What Is This ?
I don't know the left side of the neck feel like detail of the cord inside the side neck when My head turns left to make me stiff with cord block inside sometimes, I suspect that cord look like cochlear implant or things have device , I am not clue the what is kind of the device look like , I did not know the name of device look like detail.

The feeling may be some tissue or the bone there. If you have operated for any problem in neck then this may be due to implants. Get back with one ultrasound to clearly check what it is.
