hi
welcome to HCM
head injury in fact is a serious condition and should be sorted outed for certain symptoms like persistent vomiting, persistent throbbing headache, loss of consciousness, vertigo or fits and the patient should be kept under observation for at least for 48 hours. however the details you mentioned about your daughter seems to be receiving mind blow on the side of the fore head resulting in a bruise that caused headache and low grade fever. however as the symptoms have settled now so there is nothing serious to worry about but if she stills complains of headache and there is associated fever and then you should consider frontal sinusitis and should consult the physician for prescription of appropriate antibiotics. currently no such conditions seems to be expected
thanks
