Leg Pain For Months. Overweight. Working As Nursing Assistant. Is This A Sign Of Illness?

I am a 61 yr old nursing assistant and am on my feet all day. The last few months I have been experiencing a lot of leg pain. I wear orthotics in my shoes and also wear compression stockings. I am somewhat overweight(about 25 lbs) but have been doing this work for 26 years and never had this problem before. Any ideas?

Heloo..
Thank you for choosing HCM.
Well being overweight can be a prime reason for the pain, try reducing your weight
by following a diet plan , basically stay on a high protein diet.As you said you have been doing this for 26 years so it obviously has taken a toll on your body , try losing some weight and see if the problem persists.
Thank you and take care
