Leg Surgery Few Years Ago. Other Leg Had Developed Sores. Surgery Done And Did Not Find Any Fluids. No Relief In Pain Even After Taking Painkillers. Strong Pain Relievers?

Hello doc My dad had an accident in 2010 he fell and broke his leg which then was adviced to be cut off beacuse it was broken very badly but then he was told by others that he could go to CURE where they deal with bones.after surgery and all he felt better. Now 2weeks ago he started to develop sores on the other leg not one he had an accident with.his been in pain so he went to the hospital where after a scan thr doctor found that there was fluids in it.he was taken for surgery at the theatre where before surgery they gave him local anastetic.after evrything the doctors didnt find any fluid but my dad had passed out at this moment which he wasnt suppose to. Anywys they did all they could and he woke up.his in so much pain with the sores that the painkiller he was given was panadol.thats africa by the way..the painkillers are not doing its job.what strong painkillers can he get to get some relieve.he cant walk properly and cant sleep because of soo much pain. Getting relief from pain is very important,if the pain is.not getting relieve by.Panadol,the next drug to be used is tramadol -opioid analgesics along with piroxicam can be used after getting prescription from doctor.
