Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It is not advisable to diagnose your problem yourself and do not try to go other non certified doctors.
Consult Orthopedic surgeon only and get your knee joint examined in detail.
He will go for x-ray knee joint or scan of the joint.
After report go for the treatment and physiotherapy as advised by expert.
Ok and bye.

Psychiatrist Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi's  Response
Hello rajbritto
Welcome to HCM
Usually in mild to moderate injury to knee especially in torsion ligament tear occurs. If its a partial tear then possibility of regaining normal function remain high, but in complete tear healing don't occur so surgery is advised for complete attainment of function. Results of surgery are very good but at least 3-6 months rest is advised.
massage at injury site is usually not recommended these days as these increases the inflammation and some times increase the pain, about ayurvedic treatment I can't comment.
So best in present situation is give proper rest to affected limb and take advise from some good orthopedic doctor, you will surely regain your pre trauma functions.
Thanks
Take Care
