sir, i have a light brownish dark complexion in face, neck and arms specially.i want to be fair desperately and i want to know creams which will have a fast action other that hydroquinone ones.also is it possible to maintain that fairness. i have starte using dr reddy s clearz plus..can i use demelan for whole face,neck.and can it be used long term. thanku

Dermatology is a 'visual field' & more so 'cosmetic dermatology'!

Yes you can use demelanan for your whole face but would rather you do it in consultation with your treating dermatologist on the ground!
