Lightheaded, Dizziness, Constant Headaches, Bowel Problems. Cure For Symptoms?

I am a 49 year old female, in fairly good health aside from a minor undiagnosed as of yet bowel issue which they believe is related to the muscles around the bowels not working rather than a food related form of IBS - i have been very light headed lately - more like the kind of feeling you get when you have an inner ear infection, where you get a little dizzy if you move your head - two weeks ago it caused great grief where every time i moved i was sick. I have also been experiencing a non-stop headache for the past couple weeks which is a little unusual, usually they go away on their own.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
In my opinion get in blood examination for estrogen level as all these symptoms are due to diminished amount of estrogen due to age factor.
This is a most common complaint among this age group patient.
Estrogen 0.25 mg tablet / day will help you, but take it only after the advise of your physician.
Good luck.
