Lightheadedness, Stomach Pain, Sinus Problem. Reason For Ear Pain?

Hi, I am 30 Years old. From last 3-4 months I am feeling light headed and stomach pain. I have a sinus problem also, 2 months back, I had a CT Scan and MRI , Report said number of polyps in a nose are more but ENT specialist said this is OK. But some time in a day, I feel like I will get faint, ear pain, stomach pain. Consulted 2 doctors, they said it is just because of Acidity and they are giving me the acidity medicine but nothing worked. Kindly suggest what can be the reason for this?

THE POST NASAL DRIP FALL IN STOMACH AND GERD AND STOMACH PAIN
HIGH PRESSURE IN SINUS CAUSE HEADACHE AND FAINT
THE PND AFFECTS THE MIDDLE EAR THROUGH EUSTACHIAN TUBE CAUSE EAR PAIN
GET BLOOD SERUM TEST FOR SPECIFIC ANTIBODIES FOR MILK WHEAT POTATO CHANA AND OTHER FOOD AND CONSULT ALLERGY DOCTOR TO TREAT ACCORDING TO ALLERGY GUIDELINES
MEAN WHILE STOP ALL MILK AND DIARY COMPLETELY
TAKE ANTI ALLERGIC TAB TO REDUCE EXCESS MUCUS
APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE BD
SEA WATER 2 DROPS AT NIGHT EACH NOSE TO CLEAR THROAT AND EARS
LIQUID ANTACID FOR GASTRITIS
