Lip Piercing Is Swollen, Tingles, Bubbles When Peroxide Is Used. Is It Normal ?

My lip piercing is a little swollen and it tingles just slightly if I touch it. It s a little red as well, but hardly noticeable. I ve only had them in for 13 days, almost 2 weeks. It doesn t hurt as all unless I m eating and open my mouth really, really wide. There is no pus , but when I use peroxide to clean it, it bubbles just a little bit but I always clean it till the bubblinh stops. Is the tingling and swelling normal?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

you should not have applied peroxide,
It might have caused irritation,

you can apply oint fluticasone.
Also use normal saline compress.

this will help you.

Please meet a dermatologist for final diagnosis and treatment
