Avoid more fat and carbohydrates.
Avoid taking more sweets, fried and junk food.
Avoid Ghee, butter, cheese, panier, puddings,
You can take high protein diet like pulses, cereals,dry fruits,
Take fresh fruits and juices.
Avoid
cold drinks, chocolates, ice creams and more tea-coffee.
But most important is daily exercise.
Continue with medicines, prescribed by your doctor.
