Lipoma Which Is Swollen, Large Ball Of Flesh Near Elbow, Turning Hard Like Small Stones Inside. Thoughts?

my lipoma which is a swollen large ball of flesh near my elbow does not cause pain but lately I found the matter inside the mass is turning hard.....like there's small stones inside......this is a recent change I believe.....usually I pay no attention to it except in warm weather when I want to wear short sleeve tee shirts etc......this summer I discovered it had begun to harden inside.....what does that mean? thank you for your analysis.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The change in the consistency of a lipoma is a worrisome finding. This could be a malignant change also. An FNAC or excision biopsy will help in confirmation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
