Liquid Stools, Light Headedness, Breathlessness, Chest Pain
im verry sick, and i dont know what this is i know its not the flu becasue i had many times. then what is it. so i cant poop. its just all water, nothing is solid like its sopose to be. i cant stand up without everything turning black and feeling light headed for a few seconds, i touble to breathe ( i can breathe ) but it just hurts for my chest, im taking medicine 24 hours.

From your describtion, you seem to have sevier diarrheoa.It has made you very weak.
Insted of going in details of management &care-I would strongly suggest AN ADMISSION to a hospital.All the investigations &care can be taken
there.
The only thing you can start doing immediately is -START TAKING ORT..Take ample of liquids with suger&salt.
