Smokers , drinkers .
All these are an indication of hyper cholearolaemia .
Hyper cholestrolaemia develops blockage in arteries including arteries of heart and brain , so you are at ( in ) risk zone.
Avoid
smoking , alcohol , greasy , fatty foods .
Regular exercises will help.
You didn't mention the age but any any age , this high level of LDL and
total cholesterol is concerning . You need to investigated with EKG and ECHO to isolate the case.
I would like to recommend you visit a cardiologist and sort this problem.
