Liver Is Slightly Enlarged. Patch Peripheral Enhancement Mass Of The

Liver is slightly enlarged. Patch peripheral enhancement mass of the segment 6 of the right hepatic lobe peripherally measures rougly 3.1 cm x 2 cm in size. The mass is slightly hyperdense on delayed postcontrast images. Hepatic vessels are patent. Tiny hypodensity focus of the segment 8 of the right hepatic lobe. Spleen is normal in size with focal abnormaility. Pancreas and gallbladder are grossly normal. The left adrenal nodule measures 1.8 cm x 1 cm in size. This nodule demonstrates mild homogeneous enhancement following IV contract administration. The nodule measures 43 and 16 Hounsfield units on early and delayed postcontrast images. There are 69% absolute washout and 63% relative washout. Right adrenal gland is grossly normal. Kidneys are symmetric without hydronephrosis. Mild perirenal stranding noted. No gross focal renal abnormality present. Ureters are unremarkable. Bladder is partially distended with relatively smooth contour. No diverticula or filling defect. Uterus is absent. Abdomen aorta is normal in caliber. Scattered calcifications present. The major branches are patent. A few small para-aortic lymph nodes noted. No intraperitoneal free air or free fluid. Small bowel and colon are nondilated. Multiple diverticula of the predominantly distal colon. there Is a normal appendix. So do I worry about any of this or what?
