Liver Ultrasound Done. What Does Report Suggest?
Liver Ultra sound report : Normal in size and shape measuring 12.6cm showing smooth borders , Altered parencymal echogenity showing a focal heterogenous area measuring 5.2x2.5 cm btw hyperchoic parenchymae of fatty infiltrations. No intrahepatic biliary dilation No focal lesion or cyst identified No perigepatic fluid identified

Your liver ultrasonography report is normal only. There is changes in liver due to fatty infiltration.
Rest are the negative finding to mention that there is no pathology.
If you laboratory values of liver function test are normal then no need to worry at all.
