Long-term Sufferer Of Halitosis, Bad Smell In Mouth, Stressed, Hungry. Solution ?

I am writing to you as a long-term sufferer of halitosis. My halitosis stems from my stomach and has nothing to do with oral hygiene or nasal issues. I have had it since puberty (as far as I'm aware, although I might have had it earlier), I'm now 37 and I can't put up with it any more. It occurs when I am tense, anxious, stressed, hungry and gets worse when I drink alcohol, suggesting that it has gastric origins or is possibly related to hormonal issues. If I experience a mixture of some or all of these things (such as drinking while hungry) my breath is like a weapon of mass destruction! It is most definitely not imagined as people regularly turn away when I speak to them, I have even had people retch in front of me. I've been told that it smells of 'really bad fart', faeces or 'eggy'. When it's at its worst it can fill a small room. Do you think a gastoenterologist might be able to help?

Hello,
Halitosis is usually occurs due to -poor oral hygiene maintenance.
I would advice you to get a thorough scaling done by a dentist.
Use soft bristled toothbrush and clean your teeth involving all aspects of teeth.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Take plenty of fruits and leafy vegetables.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
