Long, Thin Welts On Right Side Of Neck. What To Do ?
I woke up today with 3 long, thin welts on the right side of my neck . They re about 1.5-2 inches long each and 1/3 inch wide, and are kind of lined up. About a quarter of an inch away, I also have a shorter welt of about .75 inches in length. In addition, my left ear lobe is swollen. I m studying in Spain and have dealt with a variety of bug bites since arriving 3 weeks ago, including bed bugs (I think) and what may have been a spider bite . I m not sure if this is another bug bite, or an allergic reaction to something. None of it itches unless I touch it, but if I do touch it, it itches and burns a little. Any advice about what to do or what kind of doctor to see (if necessary) would be greatly appreciated!

You are suffering an insect bite no doubt about that.
You are getting bitten everyday then why do not you treat your house with insecticides yourself.
These days the insecticides come in sprays and are quite handy and cheap.
Get a canister of Pyrethrum based spray and leave the room closed for 6hours after spray and get rid of all insects.
Time being you should take an anti-allergic like Benadryl 25mg thrice a day for three days.
The problem would subside by itself.
