Loose Motions, Anus Red, Irritated, Bleeding, Had Anal Intercourse. Suggestions?

for a little more than 2 weeks now i ve been experiencing liquid poop, when i get gassy i have to the bathroom immediately or fecies may get on my underwear. In the past couple of days my anus has been a little red and irritated and a little bit of blood has followed. My diet has not changed, i have not traveled, but i do have anal intercourse. What should i do?
