Hi,
From your description i understand your penis has changed in size and shape. The most probable explanation is Peyronie's disease. It is a genetic disorder affecting collagen leading fibrosis. This cause change in pineal shape, size and function. So it is possible you suffer from Peyronie's disease. But no alarming as they are remedy. You will need to consult you dr who will established the diagnosis and start treatment. First step of treatment usually involve physical methods with good results.
Hope this is helpful
