Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I have gone through query and here I would like to tell you that hiatus hernia is most of the time remains asymptomatic if it is small. Only large hiatus hernia are creating problems and they mainly gives dyspeptic symptoms and symptoms similar to cardiac diseases but it never effect on voice.

Since you are having bronchitis as well so there are fair chances of getting infection to larynx and thus voice may become husky.

Here you may take-

(a) Tab Paracetamol.

(b) Steam inhalation.

(c) Decongestant and mucolytic.

This above treatment will help you and I hope above explanation answers your query.

Regards.
